You’ve probably heard of Instagram? Owned by facebook, lots of pictures of people’s breakfast? Hot people looking hot and making the rest of us feel bad about ourselves? Yeah, that Instagram! Well today they applied for a trademark for the word “Gram” across the whole of the EU That would (notionally) stop anybody else using the word “Gram” for computer software (the class it has been applied for in).
