fallout new orleans trademark application

Fallout New Orleans

A trademark for Fallout New Orleans has been filed with the European Trademarks Office, the question now is it a hoax or not. https://youtu.be/QmVJbVgSIPQ   Fallout New Orleans Trademark This application was filed on 10 August 2016 The full application is below: The goods and services it has been registered for are:

Goods and services

  • 9Recorded content; Computer software; Video games software.
  • 16Art pictures; Art prints; Advertising posters; Cartoon prints; Checkbook cases; Blueprints; Computer manuals; Computer game instruction manuals; Collectable cards.
  • 25Clothing; Footwear; Headgear.
  • 41Education, entertainment and sports.
No owner or representative details have been recorded on the trademark filing, however, it appears as though this has been filed by a Bethesda company, as the application shows up if you search the trademark database for owners including the name bethesda. So, get wildly speculating!! Is there a new fallout game coming, is it set in New Orleans and when is Fallout New Orleans going to be released! Most commenters online don’t believe this is real, and I have to say either it is real or someone has gone to a fair of trouble to fake it, because the application does turn up if you search for an owner with the new “Bethesda” and you have to register with an account at the EUIPO to make an application to start with. Whoever has made the application would have to pay over €1,000 in outlay to make it, so you’d want to be a fairly wealthy hoaxer to bother. Time will tell. Whoever has made the application will have 30 days to pay the fees, and if they do, their name will be published, and if they don’t then I guess you’ll know it was a hoax While it’s not at all rare not to be able to see the proposed registered owners name (because often the fees are paid by electronic bank transfer after the application is lodged), not having a representative is unusual, that would be the most suspicious thing for me. Also, it appears that most (if not all) previous Bethesda applications started life in the US and then were the subject of international applications under the Madrid Protocol, so this is a different approach if it is a real application: Fallout new Orleans Madrid Protocol Here’s the EU Application in full: [embeddoc url=”https://brianconroy.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Fallout-New-Orleans-Trademark-Details-Full.pdf” download=”none”]   And, for what it’s worth, here’s all the ‘fallout’ trademarks ever registered globally [embeddoc url=”https://brianconroy.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Fallout-Trademark-Registrations.pdf” download=”none”]
