I spotted this trademark application in the UK Trademark Office. It was filed yesterday. “Everyday I’m catching ’em” eh? That sounds very like a mashup between Pokemon and Party Rock Anthem’s Everyday I’m shufflinl’ Low and behold it is. In fact, it’s a VERY big deal. 16million people have watched this video by Screen Team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOQI-YHwvyU Oh. I’ve let them know, don’t worry. Also, it’s extremely unlikely that the UK Trademark Office will grant that application, because it will be held to be incapable of acting as a badge of origin. But they are not the only application to jump on the Pokemon Bandwagon. Oh No. All the first 5 below people can expect strongly worded letters from the nice people at Nintendo any day now!   If any of you 5 are minted and want to take on the might of Nintendo, please give ma  call, I’d be happy to represent you!
