Now, the fact that this application was filed on the Bank Holiday Saturday and by a Distillery in Waterford might make you wonder whether that this genius idea may have been concocted after one too many shots on the Bank Holiday Friday and a Blaa on the way home, but it’s real, it’s a thing and it’s lodged with the Patents Office:   Time will tell whether the Patents Office grants the Trade Mark.
