Did everyone else know this was a thing?

I’m not much a gin drinker (I dabbled around the time of Snoop Dogg’s Gin & Juice) so it could just have passed me by, but there’s an application in the Trade Mark office in Ireland for this, Bertha’s Revenge Small Batch Irish Milk Gin:
