It’s been a busy week here at Rennick Solicitors, so I haven’t had a chance to go through the OHIM applications daily. I’ve carved out some space today however and gone through the 2,600 or so applications in the last week, and here’s some of the ones that stood out.

It was announced a while ago, so it’s not breaking news or anything, but Dreamworks are making a trolls movie, and now they have the Trade Mark Filing to prove it:

Dreamworks Trolls

I will be very interested to see if this gets registered, because as far as I’m concerned, this is very generic, and is a part of all sorts of logos already (Deep River Rock comes to mind straight away, as do many more)Blue Circle Madmax…..beer? Yeah, it’s registered for beerMadMax Beer
A very odd logo for Moschino….moschino fashion kills 1 And the Spartan Race seeks protection for it’s logo. It. Looks. ToughSpartan Race
