Yesterday was a cracking day for Interesting IP and whimsical or entertaining Trade Marks filed in the OHIM European Trade Mark Office:

Firstly, there’s ‘AlchollicA’, which will be instantly familiar to any Metallica Fans:

Alchollica

Then, the greatest name for a  recruitment company I’ve ever seen:

No Steve Just Jobs

This is a real thing apparently, it’s a card game and you can find out more about it HERE at www.explodingkittens.com :

This is the Top Floor of the Morgan Hotel in London, and it looks swanky!

Rumpus Room

The boys and girls at Burberry have been registering the names of some of their clothing lines, like so:

Burberry The Sandringham

seems a bit much to me, but then if you’re going to be spending €1,595 on a coat, you probably want people to know about it:

Also thanks to this Trade Mark Filing, I now know what JML stands for (John Mills Limited):

JML Everyday Easier

And finally, if you’re not a fan of UFC, you’re unlikely to be a massive fan of Back Yard Brawl Bare Knuckle Boxing, but they are legitimate enough to have filed for a Trade Mark anyway:

BYB Bare Knuckle Boxing
