Three have applied to registered their ‘Three Plus’ Trade Mark and associated Figurative mark in the Irish Patents Office.

Three Plus

For what I hear you ask? Solid Question:

Class: 35
Loyalty scheme services; organisation, operation, management and supervision of loyalty and rewards programs, including membership schemes; promotional services relating to football, rugby and music events and activities; promoting football, rugby and music events; consumer loyalty services for commercial, promotional, and/or advertising purposes; loyalty scheme services provided by a digital platform; marketing, advertising and business services relating to customer loyalty programs and incentive programs; information, advisory and consultancy services relating to the aforementioned services.

Class: 36
Issuing of tokens of value in relation to customer bonus and loyalty schemes; financial services in connection with customer loyalty, incentive or promotion schemes; loyalty card services.

Well, I say ‘Three’, it’s actually a company in the Isle of Man that seems to own their IP at least. Perhaps an IP holding company?:

Palmerston Limited

2nd Floor, Sixty Circular Road
Douglas
Isle Of Man
UNITED KINGDOM
